Relationships have the power to shape us in profound ways. They can help us feel safe, valued, and connected, but they can also leave lasting wounds that affect how we see ourselves and the world around us. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate painful relationships, life transitions, and experiences that challenge your sense of worth. Those experiences deepened my understanding of the healing process and inspired my passion for helping others reconnect with themselves and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I've learned that healing isn't about becoming a different person - it’s about rediscovering who you were before fear, hurt, and survival taught you to believe otherwise. It takes courage to break old patterns, establish healthy boundaries, and choose a new path, but meaningful change is possible.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, or major life transitions, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs while trying to care for everyone else. Sometimes we become so focused on surviving that we forget we deserve peace, connection, and joy.
I've learned that healing begins when we give ourselves permission to believe that we are worthy of the same compassion and care that we so often give to others.
As an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped your life, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the future you want for yourself. I believe therapy should be collaborative, honoring your unique story while helping you reconnect with your own resilience and inner wisdom.
My clinical experience includes supporting individuals, families, and groups through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I have a special passion for working with those navigating relationship difficulties, trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, and life's many transitions.
I believe that healing happens through connection... to ourselves, to others, and to the life we want to create. My life's work is helping people recognize their worth, build healthier relationships, and discover that their past does not have to define their future. Together, we can create a path toward greater balance, resilience, and authentic living.
