Life has a way of changing us. Grief, trauma, addiction, and difficult life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the people around us. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate loss, struggle with self-worth, and search for a sense of stability when life feels uncertain. Those experiences shaped not only who I am as a person but also inspired my passion for helping others heal.

I believe that healing isn't about forgetting the past or pretending painful experiences didn't happen. It's about learning to understand your story with compassion, recognizing your resilience, and discovering that your struggles don't have to define your future. My own journey, combined with my professional training, has given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to ask for help and begin the process of change.

Whether you're coping with trauma, grief and loss, substance use, disordered eating, anxiety, or life's many transitions, it's easy to feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Sometimes the ways we've learned to survive become barriers to truly living.

I've learned that healing doesn't happen all at once. It happens through small moments of courage, connection, and choosing to believe that change is possible.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to create. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, recognizing that every person's healing journey is unique.

My professional experience includes working in addiction and dual diagnosis treatment, serving as both a substance abuse counselor and Residence Director in residential treatment settings, as well as supporting children and families navigating behavioral and emotional challenges. I am also completing training in EMDR to further support clients in healing from trauma and difficult life experiences.

I believe that healing is possible for everyone. My life's work is helping people recognize that they are more than the pain they've experienced and that even life's most difficult chapters can become part of a story of resilience, growth, and hope. Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
